Jammy Pork Tenderloin

1 1-lb pork tenderloin
1/2 cup jam (apricot or cherry works well)
2 TBSP soy sauce
some Sriracha or other hot sauce

Roast the pork tenderloin at 400 degrees until thermometer placed in meat registers 160. In small saucepan, mix together jam, soy sauce and a couple drops of hot sauce, to taste. Boil mixture for a minute or so. When pork is done, slice into rounds. Top with jam sauce.
